Why I love Tibi

I am swooning, loving, gasping and any other expressions you can come up with over this outfit. My thoughts when I saw it: Who makes this beautiful thing and Where can I get it. I should have known it comes from UGA's very own Tibi. Looks like I need to pay Heery's a visit next time I'm in Athens.
